Find your preferred tour, activity or experience, then select the relevant package, date and quantity, click 'Book Now' and continue to the payment page. Let the adventures begin!
You will receive an email containing your order details and e-voucher.
Generally it takes few minutes to receive your voucher email.

Payment and refunds

You can to pay by credit card/debit card/net banking etc. Please go ahead to the payment page to see the complete list of available payment methods.
we're using third party secure payment provider to process your payment. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are encrypted and stored securely with our payment provider. Disclaimer: we do not save or store any card details on our server.
Travlics displays activity prices in a number of currencies including USD, GBP, EUR and more which you can change using the currency drop down menu. However, we currently only accept transactions in INR. Any displayed currencies you select will be charged in INR. Travlics does not charge any service fees or additional fees. If for some reason you see any extra fees, please check with your credit card issuer.
First, please check the cancellation policy of your activity to see if you are eligible for a refund. Then email and we will help you to process your request.

Cancellation & amendments

Please email and we will do our best to make the changes for you.
At first, please check the cancellation policy of the activity you have booked. If you are eligible then you can cancel by login to your account then click on Booking link under My Account menu. Then choose the booking you want to cancel and click on cancel button in beside of your booking.

Account settings

You can sign up using your email address.
Visit our website, click 'Log In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Log into our website, click on "My Account" menu in the top, then select "Settings". Enter your current password, your desired new password, re-enter new password and click on "Submit" button. Note that your password is case sensitive and must include at least 6 characters.
